Here is a brief guide to the services we offer. Our Terms and Conditions of Business give full details.
Marketing Only. For a one-off fee, your property is marketed until let. Suitable for experienced Landlords requiring a cost effective solution to finding tenants. Limited offer price of £99 until the property is let.
We will:
provide lettings and safety advice.
take photographs and property details
prepare written particulars and display them on our website, and nationally on Rightmove, leading property site for the UK
supply and erect a To-Let Board
place listings in the local press, and on our tenant mailing list
For the Marketing Only service, we pass on all enquiries about your property to you.
For all other services below, we deal with all tenant enquiries, viewings and applications.
You can also add individual services from the Individual Options menu.
Tenant Find. Suitable for managing Landlords requiring referenced tenant introduction to their property. We provide this on a no let - no fee basis. You can also add individual services from the Individual Options menu.
Rent Collection. A service in combination with the Tenant Find service,where we also collect rent and chase any rent arrears. Suitable for Landlords wishing to be responsible only for management once the tenant has been introduced. You can also add individual services from the Individual Options menu.
Full Management. This service is suitable for Landlords who want complete management of their property. There are still a few individual services that are not included in full management, such as refurbishment work.
Individual Options. Landlords can select the services they want to compliment any service package, or just purchase them on their own. We have a clear price list. Please ask for one to be sent to you. Options include preparing a tenancy agreement, tenant viewings, short-term management, service of notices etc.
Empty Care. We visit your property on a regular basis as agreed; for the purpose of checking that it is properly secured and any if maintenance tasks are required. Each package is individually tailored to your requirements.
When you have decided that you wish to let your property, we will be happy to give you a free lettings appraisal on site. This includes an inspection, lettings advice, a rental valuation and our comprehensive Landlord Pack, full of essential information about letting. This service does not require any obligation on your part.
